OAKVILLE BLADES HOST ANNUAL PINK IN THE RINK GAME IN SUPPORT OF HALTON HEALTHCARE CANCER CENTRE

OAKVILLE, ON — The Oakville Blades are proud to announce the return of their annual Pink in the Rink game on Saturday, November 15th, at 7:00 PM at the Sixteen Mile Sports Complex. This year’s special event will raise funds and awareness for the Halton Healthcare Cancer Centre at the Oakville Hospital, supporting the incredible work being done to care for local patients and families affected by cancer.

Join the Blades for an unforgettable evening filled with community spirit, entertainment, and hockey, all for a great cause. The night will feature silent auctions, game-worn jersey auctions, and exclusive raffles, with all proceeds going directly to support cancer treatment and research through Halton Healthcare.

“This game is about more than hockey—it’s about coming together as a community to support those fighting cancer and the local heroes providing their care,” said Oakville Blades General Manager Scott McCrory. “We’re honoured to use our platform to make a difference right here at home.”

The Sixteen Mile Sports Complex will be decked out in pink as the Blades take to the ice in their limited-edition Pink in the Rink jerseys, which will be available for auction following the game. Fans can also look forward to special in-game activities, giveaways, and opportunities to donate throughout the night.

Tickets are available now through Showpass, and fans are encouraged to purchase early, as this annual event is always one of the most anticipated games of the season.

Join the Oakville Blades on November 15th at 7:00 PM for a fun-filled, meaningful evening supporting cancer awareness and the Halton Healthcare Cancer Centre. Together, we can make a difference—one goal at a time.
